11 Mirrors Design Hotel

In 2015, 11 Mirrors Hotel was awarded a Certificate of Excellence, given to around ten percent of businesses on listed on TripAdvisor that consistently achieve great traveller reviews on the site.

However, even better was to follow: Wladimir Klitschko – 11 Mirrors’ inspirer – was warmly welcomed at TripAdvisor’s headquarters in London and presented with a Travelers’ Choice award for Hotels. Under its Travellers’ Choice Awards for Hotels, seen as recognition of excellence in hospitality, 11 Mirrors, the first design hotel in Ukraine, was recognized as one of the 25 best rated Luxury Hotels in Europe and one of the 25 best rated Top Hotels in the whole of Europe, beating off the competition from the world’s famous hotels chains represented in Ukraine.

“I’m delighted to receive this award for 11 Mirrors,” said Wladimir Klitschko. “The hotel’s team is fantastic every single day, so I’m pleased their efforts are evaluated so highly by the TripAdvisor community. When you are in the middle of the process you want to know every detail, so 11 Mirrors was created with my closest participation – I have shared my ideas and vision of the lifestyle hotel with the team to ensure everyone feels comfortable and special in their own way.” Mr Klitschko added, “As 11 Mirrors’ inspirer and biggest admirer, I have decided to visit TripAdvisor’s office and receive the award in person.”

Now in its 14th year, the TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice award winners were determined based on the millions of reviews and opinions collected in a single year from TripAdvisor travelers worldwide. Winners are identified in the categories of Top Hotels, Bargain, B&Bs and Inns, Family, Luxury, Romance, Service and Small Hotels. Travelers' Choice awards are the highest honour TripAdvisor can bestow.
