Each of the drinksmiths comes from different backgrounds, yet the entire team share a common drive and passion to the craft of bartending. The Chicken Kyiv cocktail, created with bourbon Bulleit and butter syrup is the crowds favorite for two main reasons – its absurdly delicious and it has an engaging story.

The origin

What came first: the chicken or the egg? A question that Kevin Patnode, the bar consultant for 11 Mirrors by FACE the Service, and our bar manager, tried to answer with the notoriously famous cocktail Chicken Kyiv.
